The legendary Barbra Streisand is scheduled to bring her spectacular stage show to Israel for the very first time summer, playing the Bloomfield Stadium on June 20, 2013. In what The New York Daily News described as “The Hottest Ticket In Town”, Barbra Streisand Live promises to be a magical evening of timeless hits — combining her elegant voice with her trademark self-deprecating humor.
The singer will be touring with a 60-piece orchestra and accompanied by special guests Chris Botti, her son Jason Gould, and sister Roslyn Kind. Streisand is the only artist ever to receive an Oscar, Tony, Emmy, Grammy, Directors Guild of America, Golden Globe, National Medal of Arts and Peabody Awards as well as France’s Legion d’Honneur and the American Film Institute’s Lifetime Achievement Award. She is also the recipient of 2 Oscars, 5 Emmys, 10 Grammys, a Tony and 12 Golden Globes including the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
